Most gardeners are also cooks. I worked for several years in the restaurant business and was a catering chef. When I am not gardening, I like to cook . My wife and I also enjoy canning lots of summer fruits and vegetables to help us make it through the long winters. I like to experiment making different ethnic dishes and plan to post some of things I like to make.
